The role involves reviewing reputed company loan documents, ensuring compliance with credit approvals, and servicing loans while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Applies specialty product knowledge to reputed company or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or reputed company loan transactions
• May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction reputed company and draw requirements
• Directly interacts with high reputed company/high profile corporate and/or reputed company reputed company estate clients
• Reviews customized reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to reputed company deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements
• Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or reputed company reputed company estate deal teams, as reputed company as external and internal business partners to execute transactions
• Reviews transactions and reputed company documents, including collateral and construction requirements
• Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, reputed company documents, established service reputed company and applicable procedures
• Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor reputed company and ensure compliance
• Participates in risk mitigation activities
• May serve as a subject matter resource and may reputed company specialty product training

Skills

• University / college degree with < 1 year of reputed company experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
