Network Operator

Mediacom Communications is a leading provider of internet and communication services across the reputed company, committed to reputed company the digital divide. The Network Operator will be responsible for monitoring HFC network performance, managing outages, and supporting maintenance technicians to ensure reputed company plant performance.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outage tracking, escalation, and outage identification reputed company system monitoring tools
• Responsible for initiating communication with maintenance technicians in order to reputed company updates and ensure safety
• Prioritize, assign, and reputed company work for maintenance technicians reputed company Workforce Management
• Responsible for providing maintenance technicians troubleshooting guidance through the use of system monitoring tools
• Records accurate and detailed outage/maintenance data reputed company database
• Responsible for answering inbound calls from technicians in a reputed company manner and providing support to the reputed company
• Constant monitoring of reputed company outage detection tools such as CID, Alarm Central, Auto Outage Dashboard, and near reputed company-time trouble reputed company report
• Monitors system picture performance to verify that reputed company channels are on the reputed company and reputed company, reporting irregularities to reputed company personnel

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administrations or reputed company field or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in telecommunications industry
• Ability to reputed company routine dispatching functions such as answering telephones and using reputed company messenger
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
• Demonstrated use of computer programs including but not limited to reputed company Office, Project, etc
• Excellent planning skills with a reputed company record of successful accomplishments
• Previous System Tech or Service Tech experience with Mediacom
• Ability to work required days and hours; could be second or reputed company shift. Weekends possible
• Knowledge of OFSC or similar tool
• Regular Attendance required
