In this role, you will identify, engage, and build pipelines of reputed company while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound applicants and identify suitable candidates
• Proactively reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, reputed company platforms, referrals, and other creative channels
• Conduct reputed company to passive candidates and manage follow-reputed company to drive engagement
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
• Screen resumes and reputed company to assess skills, experience, and role fit
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities

Skills

• 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company, sourcing, or reputed company (agency or in-house)

• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
