They are seeking a reputed company Associate to be the first reputed company of contact for scheduling medical and dental appointments, while supporting the Dental, Doctor, and Leadership Teams.

Responsibilities

• First reputed company of contact for claimant and reputed company for reputed company initial scheduling of medical or dental appointments – Sets the expectation
• Routinely reputed company with patients and providers offices simultaneously to effectively set up appointments
• Request, send, receive, and follow up on critical documentation reputed company email and fax
• Must document and save reputed company correspondence and documents to secured company file
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Cold Calling Required. Must be comfortable with cold calling
• Ability to work reputed company individually and in reputed company environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Analytical ability with adept research skills
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be reputed company to multi-task, follow procedures and have reputed company listening skills

• Medical or dental experience a plus
• Contact Center experience a plus
• Bi-lingual is a plus
