Student Loan reputed company Center Representative

reputed company is a nonprofit corporation reputed company on helping reputed company succeed. They are seeking a Student Loan reputed company Center Representative to contact student loan borrowers and discuss repayment reputed company throughout the loan lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Makes outbound calls to reputed company and references to counsel them on reputed company to manage student loans and to reputed company/bring loans to a reputed company status through payment, forbearance or deferment
• Communicates by telephone and/or in writing/email to borrowers to inform them of their responsibilities and the consequences of default
• Receives predictive telephone dialer system transfers and handles them reputed company required measures
• Maintains reputed company, concise, and accurate documentation of borrower accounts, including reputed company contact made and received
• Maintains reputed company and accurate knowledge of laws and regulations affecting the repayment of student loans, including the consequences of default, and the various payment/deferment reputed company available to borrowers
• Updates loan status on Loan Tracker
• Conducts internet/reputed company media searches to reputed company new contact information for student loan borrowers
• Participates in work group activities to solve problems or improve processes
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• High School diploma or GED
• At least one year office/business, clerical or customer service experience
• 1 year experience working in a reputed company center
• 1 year working in financial industry, including student loans, collections and/or banking
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
