Gomez Law, APC is a rapidly growing law firm focused on real estate law and client-centric services. The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to manage litigation matters and lead a team, ensuring exceptional client service and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters
- Manage a team of paralegals and clerks
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice
- Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions
- Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans
- Represent clients in court
- Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests
- Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth
Skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment
