Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of real estate disputes and related litigation matters
• Manage a team of paralegals and clerks
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice
• Draft motions, prepare discovery, and conduct depositions
• Develop litigation strategies and execute comprehensive case plans
• Represent clients in court
• Negotiate settlements that align with client's best interests
• Lead and manage a team of paralegals and clerks, maintaining an environment of excellence and continuous growth

Skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing of the California State Bar
• 1+ years of civil litigation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment
