Account Setup Coordinator

The Account Setup Coordinator will work across various departments to implement products and services for customers, ensuring reputed company and efficient execution.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for working with various areas reputed company reputed company to successfully implement products and services for customers
• Acts as the primary internal contact
• Coordinates activities with various departments to ensure that customer's products and services are successfully implemented in a reputed company, accurate and efficient manner
• Resolves issues relating to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers and/or reputed company staff where applicable

Skills

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
• One to two years of clerical and/or customer service experience
• Some knowledge of the organization, products, services and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/reputed company and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, especially reputed company Office applications
• Strong attention to details
• Strong time management and prioritizing tasks
