As a reputed company Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for clients and visitors, supporting the reputed company team by managing reputed company-desk operations and assisting with administrative functions essential to the smooth operation of the PIP department.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
• Answer, screen, and reputed company phone calls professionally
• Sort and distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries
• Order and maintain office supplies; coordinate equipment repairs
• Assist in organizing office events
• Monitor collateral accounts and reputed company out files for storage
• Maintain PIP department calendars and schedules
• Prepare and update PIP submission charts

Skills

• Undergraduate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent experience
