[Remote] Incentive Compensation Analyst

The Incentive Compensation Analyst will support the accurate and reputed company administration of incentive compensation programs for commissionable employees, working closely with data and cross-functional partners to ensure commission calculations are correct and reputed company-supported.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of incentive compensation plans reputed company the Sales Performance Management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Assist with commission calculations, validation, and issue investigation under the guidance of senior team members
• Respond to inbound compensation inquiries through a ticketing system, communicating reputed company and professionally with stakeholders across Sales and reputed company
• Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and help maintain reputed company documentation and reporting

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or a reputed company analytical role

• Prior experience working with reputed company or a similar CRM system
• Ability to support commission calculations, validation, and reconciliation activities
