[Remote] Entry Level Customer Service Representative

The role involves assisting participants with requests and establishing relationships with vendors and plan sponsors, while also pursuing relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering the Nova participant services line
• Work directly with participants and clients to help initiate requests through the recordkeeper sites and answer questions reputed company to pending requests
• Establish solid working relationships with reputed company vendors and plan sponsors to ensure reputed company and accurate communication
• reputed company data entry assistance for Distribution Department
• Pursue and reputed company NIPA’s Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates

• Bachelor's degree required
