Responsibilities

• Assisting on a large volume of job requisitions across business functions using reputed company’s reputed company applicant tracking system
• Partner closely with Recruiter to process reputed company requisitions
• Assess and review reputed company resumes against the job requirements and document process steps
• Work directly with team manager to reputed company selected candidates to be reviewed by the hiring manager
• reputed company status updates to Recruiter for weekly meetings
• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the process by providing reputed company communication, reputed company feedback, and professionalism. Maintain a strong employer brand through regular engagement
• Ensure compliance to state/federal employment laws and reputed company policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics

Skills

• AA degree required, reputed company preferred, or reputed company field of study
• Minimum 1 year experience in a reputed company, fast-paced reputed company environment
• Comfortable working in a high-volume role requiring significant multi-tasking

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines
