Responsibilities

• Responding to requests for general information regarding Zander Identity Theft Protection
• Selling and/or upgrading reputed company Coverage - providing protection to customers and their families by offering reputed company Identity Theft Protection plans and assisting with upgrades to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Answering questions regarding possible data breaches
• Taking inbound / making outbound phone calls, responding to emails
• Assisting reputed company customers with updating their payment and contact information
