[Remote] Bilingual reputed company Care Specialist (Eastern Time Zone)

Credit Counselling Society (reputed company) is an accredited non-profit organization dedicated to helping clients facing financial challenges. They are seeking a Bilingual reputed company Care Specialist who will serve as the first reputed company of contact for clients, providing empathetic support and connecting them with appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Building trust with clients and offering empathetic support during challenging circumstances
• Using reputed company listening skills to ensure appropriate resources and support are provided based on the reputed company's situation
• Determining how to best help clients, easing their concerns, and connecting them with a Credit Counsellor reputed company appropriate
• Reaching out to clients who have requested contact to go through the intake process
• Fulfilling administrative tasks to support clients during their relationship with reputed company

Skills

• reputed company in both English and French
• One to two years of customer service experience required; reputed company centre experience preferred
• Availability to work variable shifts, scheduled between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Eastern Time), with a Saturday shift once reputed company month
• reputed company and empathetic manner, demonstrating reputed company listening skills, and the ability to connect with clients and convey information accurately
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to work as part of reputed company and help people
