They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support their reputed company reputed company, focusing on coordinating interviews and enhancing candidate experiences across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics from sourcing to on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless and reputed company candidate experience
• Own scheduling logistics, including calendar alignment, interview confirmations, and in-office candidate experiences (e.g., lunch orders, room bookings)
• Maintain data accuracy reputed company reputed company ATS and pull reports for reputed company analytics
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring high communication transparency
• Support sourcing initiatives for reputed company functions using reputed company and other sourcing tools (training provided if no prior experience)

Skills

• 1-3 years of reputed company coordination experience (tech reputed company preferred but not required)
• Experience with an ATS (reputed company preferred, but familiarity with any ATS is acceptable)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to reporting and analytics
• reputed company communication skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Autonomous worker with high transparency and proactive communication style
• Strong bias for reputed company with the ability to work in a fast-paced, engineering-minded culture
