This role involves coordinating operational improvements, maintaining training documents, and providing support for project execution and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates operational improvements reputed company the organization by collecting, evaluating, presenting, and communicating information to allow seamless transition during changes to processes
• Maintains reputed company manuals and training documents by tracking operational improvements and changes to ensure associates in clubs have up to date resources
• Monitors tasks reputed company to new club openings, club conversions, and club renovations by communicating timelines, placing and tracking orders, and ensuring order accuracy to reputed company the required tools reputed company in clubs upon project completion
• Provides support in the successful execution of reputed company and initiatives by recording reputed company items and updating project tracking notes to clarify next steps
• Carries out support to the leadership team by assisting with meeting notes and administrative tasks to aid with productivity

Skills

• University Degree or College Diploma
• Previous administrative coordination experience

• 1+ year working as a Manager/Region Manager at Fit4Less Clubs is an asset
