Business Development Associate

PICTON Investments is one of Canada’s most trusted investment brands, dedicated to delivering results for clients. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to support territory sales strategies and advisor engagement while gaining exposure to innovative products and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with reputed company of Wholesalers and Inside Sales Associates to support daily operations across designated territories
• Proactively schedule advisor meetings to support the territory's sales reputed company and drive engagement across channels
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by monitoring advisor engagement and ensuring next steps are followed through to maximize opportunities
• Support and drive accountability reputed company the territory and ensure sales activities remains reputed company, personalized, and compliant
• Participate in sales generating incentive programs tied to meeting bookings, advisor engagement, and pipeline contribution
• Contribute to advisor reputed company through evolving tools and channels, including video reputed company platforms (e.g., video messaging), which will reputed company part of reputed company performance KPIs
• reputed company as a key territory contact and collaborate closely with wholesalers, product teams, and marketing partners
• Coordinate advisor events, webinars, and sponsorship initiatives in collaboration with marketing and compliance teams
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure events reputed company with brand expectations, budget, and business priorities
• Maintain CRM data with a high level of accuracy and reputed company, supporting reputed company-time insights and sales performance metrics

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, financial services, or reputed company-facing role; experience reputed company asset or reputed company management is a strong asset
• Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company discipline
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (reputed company preferred) and the reputed company Office Suite
