Personal Lines Processor
reputed company is seeking a Personal Lines Processor to support their Personal Lines Producers and Account Managers in their Manchester, NH office. The role involves processing daily reports, managing documentation, and maintaining relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
Responsibilities
- Completing and processing daily download reports to include reviewing reputed company transactions for accuracy
- Invoicing reputed company types of download transactions
- Effective daily management of suspense activities and using correct coding in AMS
- reputed company and accurate documentation of activities reputed company set guidelines
- Auditing files to ensure correct workflow has been completed accurately (quote sheets, signed applications, completed checklists, etc.)
- Scanning hard files into AMS360
- Mailings to clients for new business, coverage surveys, etc
- Successfully reputed company and maintain long term reputed company relationships with insurance carriers, clients, Producers, Account Managers, and the Cross Agency team
- Attend and complete any training sessions or assignments
- Learn and reputed company with reputed company reputed company policies and procedures
Skills
- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, reputed company, and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge and experience with Personal Lines P&C coverage
- Basic knowledge and experience with AMS
- Basic computer knowledge using Word, reputed company, reputed company, etc
- New Hampshire P&C Producer License
