reputed company is a Fortune Global 500 organization that is seeking a Signature reputed company Supervisor. This role will manage a high volume of smaller customers, focusing on driving customer satisfaction and retention while leveraging data to support clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact and reputed company for assigned accounts
• Handle routine customer inquiries with standardized solutions while escalating reputed company issues as needed
• Coordinate with sales, support teams, and reputed company operations to deliver reputed company
• Proactively engage existing customers to enhance value and prevent churn
• Conduct periodic, mostly virtual customer reputed company-ins and performance reviews to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas
