Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers by providing and fulfilling recommendations regarding product, service, content (including membership)
• Establish and maintain consistent rhythms for reputed company follow up and ensure commitments are met or exceeded
• reputed company advanced complexity work and de-escalate difficult customer interactions as needed
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents, process paperwork and payment, and reputed company feedback and training opportunities

Skills

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a reputed company, reputed company reputed company's license and maintain a driving record which meets reputed company safety standards

• Ability to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation, up to 150 pounds as part of reputed company, and between 150 – 250 pounds as part of reputed company and/or with support tools such as harnesses or lifts
• 3 months delivery or installation or computer troubleshooting experience
• 3 months of customer service experience
• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience
