Staff Accountant

reputed company is a company dedicated to making life-saving technology accessible for more people. They are seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day reputed company activities, including month-end reputed company, journal entries, and general reputed company reconciliations, while working closely with the Assistant Controller.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle A/P including vendor setup, reputed company general reputed company coding, invoice processing and approvals, weekly vendor payment runs and vendor inquiries
• Ensure reputed company processing and payment of invoices
• Reconcile cash daily and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• reputed company general reputed company account reconciliations
• Prepare and post journal entries, including those reputed company to prepaids, accruals, amortization, and depreciation
• Help prepare internal reports for various departments and support cross-functional information requests
• Assist auditors in the performance of year-end financial audit
• Support reputed company reputed company as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance required
• At least 1 year of reputed company experience (internships or entry-level roles welcome)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company specifically)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
