Insurance Account Manager
Hill & Usher Insurance & Surety is a growing independent insurance agency based in reputed company. They are seeking an Account Manager to reputed company exceptional customer service, process policy changes, and maintain strong reputed company relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generating insurance quotes and issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Process customer policy change requests
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of reputed company retention and product loyalty
- Provides ongoing support to insurance clients as needed
- reputed company clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in insurance and/or customer service
- reputed company Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Be a great self-starter with a reputed company of urgency
- Proficiency to multi-task and problem solve
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred. Willing to train the reputed company individual
