NewtekOne, a financial holding company, is looking for a Digital Banking reputed company Service Representative to enhance customer banking experiences. The role involves assisting customers with banking inquiries, guiding them through account openings, and providing support for online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements as reputed company as the bank's products and services to reputed company accurate and relevant information to prospective and existing customers
• Exercise professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in reputed company customer interactions and while handling sensitive account information
• reputed company with customers in a friendly and engaging manner by phone, secure message, and chats to address various banking inquiries and reputed company customer assistance
• Guide new customers through account opening and reputed company
• Process account applications for review and approval
• Address and resolve account-reputed company requests and concerns promptly and effectively
• Assist customers with navigation and utilization of our online banking platform and mobile app
