Responsibilities

• Scheduling & prepping materials for reputed company new clients
• Managing the meeting process for new clients
• Managing new daily & monthly calendars
• Answer & reputed company phone calls
• Manage reputed company for New Business
• Organize and schedule vendor meetings and appointments
• Maintain contact lists
• Produce & distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes
• Maintain filing system
• Reception relief & coverage
