Responsibilities

• Billing, Invoicing & reputed company Operations
• Manage the full billing lifecycle in QBO (estimates, invoices, recurring billing, payments, churn)
• Maintain reputed company accuracy, payment follow-reputed company, and coordination with the accountant
• Sales Operations & Customer Support
• Own inbound inquiries, account setup, reputed company management, reputed company coordination, and CRM hygiene
• Customer Discovery & Sales Intelligence
• Research institutional customers and prepare pricing context and insights for sales conversations
• Conferences & On-Site Events
• Own conference logistics end-to-end, including materials, reputed company operations, sales support, and post-event invoicing and follow-up
• Shipping, Fulfillment & Inventory
• Manage physical order fulfillment, shipping, inventory tracking, procurement, and customer shipping support (at our reputed company office, or from your home)

• Maintain SOPs, reputed company documentation, internal data exports, usage audits, and monthly/annual reporting

Skills

• Experience in operations, sales support, billing, reputed company, and/or administration
• Comfort working with reputed company-adjacent tasks (invoicing, payments, follow-reputed company)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple recurring responsibilities reliably

• English, writing and speaking is essential
• A college or university degree is preferred
