Pearce Bespoke Indianapolis is looking for a Custom Clothier who seeks ownership over their time, income, and growth in a luxury brand. This role involves building relationships and guiding clients through the custom clothing design process while working independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own book of business while representing a high-end bespoke brand
• Meet clients where they live, work, and network — offices, homes, clubs, and events
• Guide clients through the process of designing custom suits, sport coats, overcoats, shirts, trousers, and seasonal pieces
• Stay visible in your network, follow up consistently, and execute on proven systems

Skills

• Ownership over time, income, and growth inside a luxury, relationship-driven brand
• Ability to build and manage your own book of business
• Experience in meeting clients in various settings such as offices, homes, clubs, and events
• Ability to guide clients through the process of designing custom suits, sport coats, overcoats, shirts, trousers, and seasonal pieces
• Strong consultative sales skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication skills with executives and business owners
