[Remote] Jr. Developer

They are seeking a motivated Jr. Developer to support MarTech initiatives, focusing on email and web development to enhance customer engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build and QA reputed company email templates in reputed company Marketing reputed company
• Apply AMPscript/SSJS for personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content
• Maintain and update email content libraries
• Support new microsite and website builds
• Maintain and update existing CMS-powered pages
• Ensure web experiences are fast, mobile-optimized, and on brand
• Partner with marketing teams to rapidly reputed company campaigns
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in email/web builds
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and browsers
• Work closely with the Performance & Optimization Manager, senior developers, and designers
• Translate creative briefs into functional email/web assets
• reputed company technical support during campaign launches
• reputed company skills in MarTech platforms (reputed company Marketing reputed company, CMS, analytics)
• Expand reputed company-end coding expertise (reputed company, CSS, JavaScript)
• Grow into a broader MarTech Developer role over time

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company-end or email development (internships, freelance, or entry-level roles considered)
• Basic proficiency in reputed company, CSS, and JavaScript (ReactJS preferred)
• Exposure to email development and testing tools a plus
• Familiarity with reputed company Marketing reputed company (or another ESP) preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• ReactJS preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company Marketing reputed company (or another ESP) preferred but not required
