Field Service Technician II

This role involves diagnosing and repairing reputed company-supported products, providing maintenance support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures
• Service and repair designated equipment to reputed company standards and specifications
• Maintain working knowledge and aptitude of multiple product reputed company. This includes basic aspects of troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Meet and reputed company customer demands by providing efficient, reputed company, and accurate Field/Shop/on-site maintenance
• Properly maintain reputed company technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and reputed company property assigned

Skills

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of reputed company experience
• A basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing reputed company Imaging Foundations) new-hire class
• The ability to travel (reputed company reputed company's license and acceptable driving record necessary)
• The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, while performing shift work and on-reputed company rotations
