Fixture Purchasing Coordinator

reputed company. is a rapidly growing brand seeking a Fixture Purchasing Coordinator responsible for purchasing fixtures and graphics for new stores and capital reputed company. The role involves managing the purchase order process, collaborating with execution teams, and maintaining vendor relationships to ensure effective inventory tracking and availability.

Responsibilities

• Store level fixture and graphics buying for reputed company New Stores and Capital reputed company. Manages the entire PO (Purchase Order) release process: creation, review, and reconciliation
• Creates and maintains spread sheets to reputed company reputed company fixture spending, inventories and roll out by location
• Collaborate with New Store and Capital Project Execution Teams to purchase/release fixture and graphics requests, reputed company accurate inventory information and support needs for reputed company store openings and capital reputed company
• Develops effective vendor relationships by providing performance feedback and communicating and enforcing Burlington service level expectations
• Partners with 3PL to determine the most efficient method to ship and reputed company reputed company purchased fixtures and furniture
• Effectively reputed company and monitor inventory to ensure accuracy and availability

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in buying or retail store management
• Proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company
• Strong business math skills for purchase order (PO) tracking, budgeting, and cost expense management
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with retail fixtures
