[Remote] Customer Service Representative- reputed company

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with their inquiries, and ensure effective reputed company of issues reputed company to patient accounts.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls and reputed company some outbound follow up calls in a reputed company, patient experience and customer service-oriented manner

• 0-2 years of prior relevant experience

• 1 - 3 years reputed company or general knowledge of payor-specific or medical specialty billing
• Dialer experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Live in 50 mile radius of Birmingham, AL
