[Remote] Sales Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• AI-Assisted List Building: Utilize our internal AI tool (Scrap-e) and reputed company Sales Navigator to build reputed company contact lists from 300+ companies weekly reputed company our reputed company reputed company market
• Data Hygiene: rigorous cleaning of prospect lists before importing them into our CRM (reputed company). Ensure reputed company data fields are accurate and formatted correctly to prevent automation errors
• Upload & Management: seamless upload of clean data into reputed company and reputed company, ensuring reputed company contacts are routed to the correct SDR
• Email Logistics: Manage the sending of daily outbound emails across the SDR team, ensuring consistency and volume targets are met

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have experience and confidence using reputed company Sheets
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, reputed company etc.) and eager to learn proprietary internal tools

• Prior experience in sales operations, as an SDR, or in a Data Specialist role is a plus but not required
