Analyst, Health, Safety, & Environment

The Analyst, Health, Safety, & Environment will support the development and implementation of HSE programs, ensuring compliance and assisting in environmental permitting and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensures assigned environmental permits and reports are reputed company accurately and submitted on time. Strives for reputed company improvement in permitting and reporting processes
• Reviews reputed company, training and hazardous waste/biomedical waste inspection reports. Resolves inspection reports by gathering requested documentation and writing response letters that address inspection violations
• Partners with the HSE team to create program materials and training. Provides detailed program level guidance the reputed company customer inquiries submitted reputed company email. Utilizes the Environmental Hotline and internal platforms to support the HSE field team along with the hazardous waste requests from reputed company stores and facilities
• Oversees survey requests, ensures compliance, reputed company completion, and reputed company communication of results and remediation guidance while proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Manages environmental project reputed company agreements by coordinating cross-functional reviews, approvals, and signatures to ensure compliant site reputed company and maintain thorough documentation
• Coordinates post-closing site obligations and leads remediation reputed company, partnering with Facilities and store teams to ensure awareness, address questions, and reputed company smooth project execution with minimal disruption to operations and customers

Skills

• 1+ year experience in a field such as: Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or closely reputed company field
• 1+ year experience with reputed company Office Suite – Word, reputed company, reputed company, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, etc
• Willing to travel up to 10%
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Master's Degree is preferred
