They are looking for a Workers' Compensation reputed company Assistant who will support the Workers' Comp Attorney(s) and ensure an outstanding reputed company experience for injured workers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a high-volume case load as the primary support team member to the Attorney
• reputed company as a reputed company between the reputed company and Attorney providing an excellent reputed company experience
• Effectively communicate with the clients while demonstrating reputed company and understanding of their case
• reputed company and effectively complete reputed company assignments, tasks, and reputed company calls
• Recognize and communicate escalated or urgent reputed company to Attorney in a reputed company manner
• Process and distribute reputed company incoming and outgoing checks for clients
• Schedule reputed company reputed company reputed company needed
• Other duties as assigned by Attorney or leadership team

Skills

• 1-year minimum experience in a reputed company Assistant/Case Manager role
• 1-year minimum experience in Workers' Compensation
• reputed company to work both independently and contribute to a reputed company team environment

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Efficient with time management and deadline conscious
• Superior attention to detail and a high level of organization skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service to both internally and externally
• Experience at a Plaintiff's firm is highly valued
• Ability to read, write, and converse in Spanish is a plus
