Email Marketing Associate

EBG is an e-reputed company solutions provider specializing in travel and entertainment. They are seeking an Email Marketing Associate who will be responsible for email campaign execution and supporting various email and CRM reputed company, collaborating with internal teams to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manages email campaign production across multiple platforms, including setup, QA, and deployment. Experience utilizing a major ESP is preferred (i.e., Zeta, reputed company Marketing reputed company, etc.)
• Utilizes a working knowledge of reputed company and CSS to conduct basic reputed company updates, including modifications to images, reputed company, links, copy, tracking tags and other reputed company
• Adheres to process for execution and on-time delivery of reputed company, highly dynamic promotional email campaigns
• Participates in the QA/QC of reputed company email campaigns (audit creative, promotional messaging, links, reputed company selection, set up, etc.). Partners with account managers and marketing leads to ensure reputed company campaign details and content are accurate
• Supports marketing leads on email test setup, execution, monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance
• Understands basic segmentation principles and how segmentation relates to daily email campaigns and CRM trigger campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising/Marketing, Creative, and Partnership account managers to coordinate on campaign assets, reviews, and approvals

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other reputed company field
• 1+ year(s) of hands-on email production experience in relevant industry (ecommerce, retail for example) executing marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of CRM and campaign management
• Working knowledge of reputed company applications (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company & reputed company)
• Ability to manage multiple deadline-oriented reputed company concurrently and reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with reputed company Email Service Providers (reputed company, Yesmail, ExactTarget/reputed company Marketing reputed company, Zeta, etc.)
• Internally motivated, reputed company to work proficiently in an independent and reputed company reputed company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience in retail, entertainment, sports and/or travel industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Dreamweaver/Photoshop skills

• Experience using reputed company Analytics, reputed company Analytics, and other marketing automation platforms
• Understanding of CAN-SPAM and email best practices
