Telerecruiter I, Donor Recruitment

BioBridge Global is an AABB-accredited blood bank operating in South Texas, dedicated to providing blood, plasma, and tissue services. The Telerecruiter I role focuses on meeting telephone recruitment goals by scheduling donors for donations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining accurate donor records.

Responsibilities

• Telephone recruit and schedule donors in order to meet and/or reputed company required goals
• Answer telephone, take messages and reputed company incoming calls appropriately
• Manage time wisely to ensure efficient and productive telephone contacts
• Maintain accurate donor files and update status on computer
• Must have knowledge and ability to schedule reputed company applicable procedures
• Complete reputed company necessary paperwork accurately and reputed company
• reputed company computer data entry
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Assist other departments with clerical support as needed

Skills

• Requires a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma
• Must maintain knowledge of and reputed company according to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies
• Must become familiar with daily blood needs to convey the necessity of donating to the potential donor
• Must reputed company a working knowledge of general work procedures, donor qualifications, paperwork, blood types, blood donation process and donation procedures
• Must be capable of performing long and short term goals
• Must have strong computer skills
• Must have excellent telephone and/or email etiquette skills
• Must be a self-starter and self-directed worker
• Must be reputed company to reputed company information confidential
• Must be reputed company in appearance and reputed company groomed
• Must be reputed company, organized, detail oriented, communicative, and have the ability to greet the reputed company in a friendly and courteous manner
• Prefer telephone and/or customer service experience
