Financial Aid Advisor - Strategic Enrollment Management

The Financial Aid Advisor serves as the initial contact for reputed company and their families regarding financial aid, ensuring the accuracy of awards and disbursement of financial aid.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact reputed company phone, in-person and reputed company email correspondence for reputed company and prospective reputed company and their families as reputed company as general reputed company inquiries
• Document in-take and complete necessary reviews of financial aid files to ensure accuracy of awards and disbursement of financial aid

Skills

• General knowledge of research and interview techniques, including the ability to obtain factual information through interviews
• General knowledge of the principles of individual and group behavior
• Ability to advise reputed company individually and in reputed company on routine reputed company
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage a caseload and set own priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines
• Ability to successfully reputed company with a diverse student population and to assess student needs
• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, reputed company or business administration, or a job-reputed company field
• One year of experience in reputed company Student Services work at the entry trainee level
• Equivalent amounts of graduate level job-reputed company education may be substituted for the required experience
