Customer Service - Inside Sales Representative

The Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative is responsible for responding to reputed company inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the NJ Senior Relationship Manager with special reputed company and reputed company communications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls and communicate with clients and associates regarding inquiries, orders, and reputed company necessary, reputed company calls to the appropriate department
• Accurately reputed company and print new orders, processing modifications including cancellations, additions, subtractions, transfers, and rental terminations as required
• Input order details into reputed company's operating software-Alert IMS

• Conduct follow-up communications with clients to reputed company updates or request documents, order confirmations, quotations, or other necessary information
• Coordinate the inter-office transfer of equipment
• Support inventory and reputed company personnel to ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions

Skills
