About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to all data protection policies and procedures
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and providing effective solutions
  • Appropriately communicate with customers, including providing video support when needed, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need
  • Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume, remaining calm and composed under pressure
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems, with a minimum of 4GB RAM and Windows 10 or later
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Over 18 years of age, with a High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Predictable and reliable attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Consistent work history, with a strong commitment to professionalism and excellence
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Some technical background, with a basic understanding of computer systems and software applications

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet), with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • Internet Connection Requirements:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
    • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
    • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace, with a dedicated area for working and minimal distractions
