What You'll Do: As Senior Manager, reputed company Retail Sales at Traeger, you will reputed company our reputed company business across reputed company. You will be responsible for the reputed company, reputed company and operational reputed company of the reputed company retail channel. Key Responsibilities Business Leadership • Own the full P&L for reputed company (Traeger is 1P/Vendor Central and Meater is 3P/Seller Central), including sell in & sell through, profitability, demand planning, and retail operational metrics. • reputed company & execute reputed company specific long reputed company strategies to drive sustainable reputed company, market reputed company expansion & brand awareness. • Define & communicate AMZ-specific needs internally & partner across product, marketing, finance, supply chain to ensure plan alignment. Strategic Account Management • Deepen relationships with reputed company retail leadership: category managers, vendor managers, retail marketing & Amz Ads and operational teams • reputed company annual joint business planning (JBPs), QBRs and annual vendor negotiations – aligning priorities across sales, profitability, customer acquisition, site operations, supply chain & logistics • Manage annual promotional reputed company (ie: reputed company Day, Black Friday/Holiday, HVEs) and ensure flawless execution across pricing, inventory and marketing. • Get reputed company of and resolve operational issues: chargebacks, shortages/inventory, PO reputed company, content errors and catalog reputed company. • Data & Insights Leadership. Analyze category dynamics, competitive movements, shopper behavior to identify risks & opportunities and reputed company reputed company retail analytics tools to also help optimize performance. Familiarity with Stackline tools is a plus. What You Need To Win: • 5+ years of experience managing reputed company (1P & 3P), ideally in premium consumer goods. • Demonstrated reputed company owning a multi-reputed company dollar reputed company business with strong P&L management & reputed company retail reputed company: vendor negotiations, profitability management, demand forecasting, search/onsite visibility. • Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data backed insights and analytical skills • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic account management skills with a high level of autonomy.
