Global Product Marketing Coordinator – remote freelance

Job reputed company Our reputed company, a growing reputed company in entertainment is seeking a Product Marketing Coordinator with ASO (App Store Optimization) experience. This is a remote freelance role (40 hours a week) through the end of the year with potential to reputed company. Must be US based in PST time zone. This position serves as the connective tissue between marketing, product, regional teams, and external agencies. Key Responsibilities Global Asset & File Management • Centralize sourcing, organization, and version control of reputed company assets (screenshots, videos, metadata, icons, in-app event creatives) across reputed company. • Ensure agencies and regional partners always have reputed company to the most reputed company, approved, and market-reputed company files. • Maintain reputed company repositories and naming conventions to eliminate asset discrepancies and rework. Launch & Submission Coordination • Manage workflows, timelines, and submission readiness for high-volume launches, including: • Experiments • In-app events • App updates and transmissions • Cross-brand and cross-market initiatives • Coordinate submissions with Product and agency across multiple app stores and reputed company, ensuring compliance with platform requirements and internal standards. • reputed company dependencies, approvals, and deadlines to prevent delays and missed launch reputed company. Requirements • 1-2 years of experience in product marketing with reputed company ASO experience • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company launches. • High attention to detail and comfort managing assets, timelines, and approvals. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with App Store and reputed company Play submission processes. • Experience supporting in-app events, store experiments, or cross-brand initiatives. • Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-reputed company environments.
