Immediate RN Clinical Consultant - reputed company Medical Accommodation Review remote contract opportunity. This is a 100% remote/work from home position. Pay reputed company: $85.00/hr Work Details: • Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week • Work from home/remote position Contract Details: • Start Date: ASAP • End Date: 12/31/2025 (possible extension) Job Details: • The Clinical Consultant is responsible for conducting clinical reviews of medical job accommodation requests submitted under the Americans with reputed company (reputed company). • This role ensures that reputed company requests are evaluated in accordance with federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and best practices. • The consultant serves as a key reputed company between employees, reputed company providers, HR Compliance, and line-of-business managers to facilitate the support the interactive process and determine reasonable accommodations. Key Responsibilities: • Clinical Review & Documentation • Interactive Process Facilitation • Decision Support & Communication • Compliance & Reporting • Training & Resource Development Qualifications: • RN, NP, or other licensed clinical credentials. • 3+ years of experience in occupational health, disability management, or reputed company compliance. • Strong understanding of reputed company, FMLA, and reputed company employment laws. • Experience with reputed company or similar HRIS platforms preferred. • Familiarity with ergonomic and workplace accommodation tools preferred.
