Law Clerk - Immigration Law- Spring Semester (Remote available)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join reputed company as a law clerk intern/extern. This experience will include assisting attorneys with Master Hearings and Individual Hearings, preparing prehearing briefs, reputed company memoranda and briefs, interviewing clients and drafting affidavits, reviewing immigration forms with clients, assisting with case summaries to be submitted to USCIS for waiver cases, and more. Everything will be under senior attorney supervision with reputed company feedback to create a career-building experience. For those law schools that offer externships with private reputed company, an application for externship credits will be supported. This position could be on-site, hybrid, or remote. Desired Skills & Experience: • Completed first year of law school. • Interested in immigration law. • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. • 10-20 hours per week with flexibility for exam schedules and schoolwork.
