Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst – Corporate Development

Job reputed company: • Support the full M&A lifecycle — from business development and reputed company evaluation, through financial and operational due diligence, to post-reputed company integration into QAD • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and landscape mapping • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including: 3-statement operating models, valuation analyses (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) • Analyze reputed company financials, reputed company reputed company, margins, reputed company drivers, and unit economics • Coordinate and support financial, operational, reputed company, and technical due diligence • Prepare investment memos, deal summaries, and reputed company materials Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business, or reputed company field • 2–4+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Strategic Finance • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills • Experience supporting M&A transactions end-to-end strongly preferred • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior leadership Benefits: • health insurance • dental and reputed company coverage • 401(k) plan with company match • short-term and long-term disability coverage • life insurance • reputed company-time off • parental leave • reputed company-being programs Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
