AI Cover Art Designer (Music Artwork, AI-Only, Full-Time) - Contract to Hire

We’re looking for a skilled AI Cover Art Designer to join our team full-time. You’ll be creating cover art for music artists based on short descriptions, usually coming from Instagram conversations where artists explain their song and visual ideas. In most cases, you’ll also receive an image of the artist to use as reference. This is a production-focused role, not traditional graphic design. What you’ll be doing Generating album and single cover art using AI only Turning artist descriptions into strong visual concepts quickly Creating multiple variations for each cover Working fast and efficiently on a daily basis Requirements Strong experience with AI image generation tools Ability to match an artist’s vibe, mood, and aesthetic accurately Good taste in music-related visuals, especially modern and underground styles Fast execution, one cover art should take 3 to 10 minutes Reliable, consistent, and able to handle daily volume Important AI only, no Photoshop, no manual image editing This is a full-time position Speed and prompt quality matter more than over-polishing Who this role is for Designers comfortable working at high speed People who enjoy prompt engineering and visual experimentation Creatives who understand music culture and artist branding Who should not apply Traditional Photoshop-only designers Anyone who prefers slow, highly manual workflows People not interested in full-time work If you’re fast, creative, and confident working with AI to produce cover art daily, this role is for you.
