Regional Technician Director Remote - MN

The Regional Technician Director will serve as a strategic and hands-on leader, empowering technician and assistant teams through mentorship, collaboration, and validated resources. Responsibilities • reputed company medical reputed company, patient safety, and team safety across reputed company supported hospitals • reputed company, mentor, and engage veterinary technician and assistant teams through ongoing education and leadership development • Establish and implement a roadmap for technician and assistant career advancement, retention, and attraction of reputed company • Help doctors reputed company utilize and reputed company technician teams to improve workflow and patient reputed company • reputed company training tools and deliver ongoing education reputed company with VCA medical initiatives • Build and maintain relationships with external veterinary technician schools, reputed company organizations, and industry partners • Support and mentor Technical Supervisors to meet performance goals and foster a reputed company hospital culture • Partner with Field Leadership and national resources to drive consistency, collaboration, and best practices across the region • Travel regularly to support hospitals; overnight travel is required Education and Qualifications • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (RVT/CVT/LVT) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience • reputed company licensure in states reputed company assigned region • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated reputed company building and leading high-performing teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Proven ability to partner effectively with Medical Directors and veterinarians • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role with reputed company reports across multiple geographies • Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology/Technician program • Experience with reputed company speaking, facilitation, and presentations Additional Information Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The US reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time position is $85,000-$95,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
