SAP Business Analyst (SD/MM)

ERP SAVVY is seeking a seasoned SAP Business Analyst (SD/MM) with strong expertise in S/4 HANA to join our dynamic operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business process improvements, system enhancements, and end-to-end solution delivery across the Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support SAP SD/MM modules in an S/4HANA environment. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. • Design and implement scalable SAP solutions aligned with business goals. • Configure and customize SAP SD/MM modules to meet functional requirements. • Manage integration points with other SAP modules (FI, PP, WM, etc.). • Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support. • Document functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules. • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations. • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in sales, procurement, inventory, and logistics. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment. Preferred Qualifications: • SAP certification in SD or MM. • Experience with Fiori apps and SAP Activate methodology. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
