Key Responsibilities
• reputed company the Compliance team supporting health products and services, ensuring adherence to regulations
• Manage compliance reputed company of nonbank custodian activities and coordinate with reputed company for necessary changes
• reputed company assessments of compliance issues and mitigate risks through investigations and process changes
Required Qualifications
• Juris Doctor or equivalent experience
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Compliance, reputed company, or a reputed company position
• Expert knowledge of industry regulations affecting health and welfare benefit plans
• Strong leadership skills and experience in building compliance teams and frameworks
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented
