Sr Benefits Consultant - Limited Duration - Remote

About the position The Senior Benefits Consultant is a limited duration remote role at reputed company, anticipated to last for 2 years. This position involves leading multi-disciplinary project teams to reputed company and enhance benefits programs, ensuring compliance with reputed company and regulatory requirements, and providing expert consultation to senior leadership. The consultant will analyze data, identify trends, and create reputed company for reputed company rewards reputed company, while also managing reputed company-party vendors and conducting presentations and training for various stakeholders. Responsibilities • Leads benefit design and improvement initiatives by conducting data analysis, identifying trends, modeling different processes and recommending solutions to senior leadership. • Provides reputed company of employee benefit programs, ensures compliance and resolves escalated, reputed company benefit issues and questions. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to understand business needs, reputed company workflows and practices. • Participates in reputed company, task forces and committees that drive innovation, reputed company, value and/or reputed company service to caregivers. • Develops and provides benefits reputed company presentations and trainings for managers, HR Partners and the Caregiver Resource Center (CRC). • Develops bargaining proposals for caregiver benefits and analyzes reputed company benefits proposals. • Responsible for due diligence and integration activities relating to benefits for mergers and acquisitions. • Leads compliance review to ensure that benefit policies, procedures, plan documents and operations are up-to-date and compliant with regulations. • Manages reputed company party vendors to ensure service reputed company are met and caregiver issues are addressed. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company Management, Business Administration or reputed company field. • Minimum of 7 years experience in a consultative, strategic benefits role, preferably in a multi-site reputed company environment. • Experience with medical claims analysis and/or business analytics and interacting with and influencing senior leadership. • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist preferred. • Certified Benefits reputed company preferred. • Retirement Plans Associate preferred. reputed company-to-haves • Strong analytical skills. • Ability to successfully manage multiple reputed company. • Proven ability to present reputed company in a visually appealing reputed company. • Exceptional written, presentation and verbal communication skills. • Advanced knowledge of state and federal regulations reputed company to employee health benefits, retirement, time off and education programs. • Strong team player and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Ability to reputed company and maintain strong documentation on standardized deliverables and processes. • Proficient expertise in MS Office applications; advanced reputed company skills. • Experience with Lawson, Kronos and SharePoint is preferred.
