They will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that support reputed company’s strategic objectives. This role ensures competitive, reputed company, and compliant pay practices across a large, reputed company reputed company system. The analyst partners with HR leadership, reputed company, and operational leaders to reputed company expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, pay structures, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Compensation Program Management
• * Design, implement, and maintain salary structures and pay grades for clinical, non-clinical, and leadership roles.
• Conduct market analysis using reputable survey data to ensure competitive positioning.
• Evaluate and recommend adjustments to compensation programs based on market trends and organizational needs.
• Job Evaluation & Market Pricing
• * reputed company job analysis and classification for new and existing positions.
• reputed company roles against market data and internal equity standards.
• Prepare documentation and recommendations for job leveling and pay adjustments.
• Compliance & Governance
• * Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local compensation regulations, including FLSA and pay equity laws.
• Support annual audits and reporting requirements reputed company to compensation.
• Analytics & Reporting
• * reputed company and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for leadership.

• Collaboration & Consultation

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or reputed company field required; master’s degree preferred.
