The Compensation Consultant maintains strong relationships with clients, identifies and nurturing additional business opportunities with clients and personally serves as reputed company consultant and project manager on reputed company compensation reputed company. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Serves as the primary reputed company for clients to reputed company compensation programs, including providing salary and pay policy recommendations based on clients' needs and compensation philosophy. • Provides consultation and discusses initiatives/changes to reputed company organizational structure and corresponding compensation programs.
