BIM expert with deep experience in data modeling (3D/4D/5D)

We are seeking an experienced BIM Consultant to help us design and configure a model digital project management environment for Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows. This role involves creating a comprehensive demonstration project that shows best practices in BIM execution planning, document control, and collaboration across multiple project participants within a cloud-based environment. Responsibilities: - Configure and deploy a sample BIM project environment from the ground up. - Develop structured templates for BEPs, EIRs, LOD/LOI definitions, task coordination, and document management. - Demonstrate interoperability with key BIM authoring and review tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud. - Establish a logical framework for user roles, permissions, and collaborative workflows. - Provide brief documentation or tutorial materials to guide internal users through project navigation and maintenance. - Recommend enhancements to our digital project delivery and coordination processes aligned with ISO 19650 standards. Required Skills & Experience: - Professional experience implementing BIM project management frameworks using a cloud-based collaboration platform. - Strong understanding of BIM execution planning, model coordination, and information management standards. - Familiarity with Autodesk, Trimble, or Bentley BIM environments and digital delivery workflows. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical configurations into accessible documentation. - Ability to work independently and report clearly on progress and deliverables. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience developing standardized BIM framework templates or governance models. - Professional background in architecture, engineering, or construction project management. - Knowledge of Canadian BIM standards or similar international frameworks. - Experience conducting remote training sessions or creating self-study resources.
